Proctoring Settings
Tab Proctoring: Enable this setting to track when candidates navigate away from the test.
Snapshot Proctoring: Ensure this is turned on to capture images of candidates during the test. This helps to verify the authenticity of the assessment.
Copy-Paste Tracking: This setting can detect if candidates copy or paste during the test.
Randomization Settings
Enable question randomization to ensure that each candidate receives questions in a different order. This is useful for maintaining test integrity.
Device Compatibility
Confirm if the test is compatible with different devices (laptops, desktops). We recommend advising candidates to use a desktop/laptop for the best experience.
Browser Requirements
Inform candidates that the test is optimized for Google Chrome and suggest they use this browser to avoid any technical issues.
Inviting Candidates (Bulk and Individual Invites)
Review the candidate invitation process to ensure smooth delivery of test invites. For bulk invites, confirm that all emails have been correctly uploaded, and consider sending a test email to yourself before sending it to all candidates.
Test Credits
Ensure that there are enough credits available for the number of candidates being invited. If you are running low, top up the credits before scheduling the test.
