Set Up Your Testlify Workspace
Before you begin
To complete this setup, you will need:
- A valid business email address
- Your company logo and brand colors (optional, for workspace customization)
1. Set up your account
Step 1 β Visit Testlify
Go to https://app.testlify.com and click Try for free.

Step 2 β Choose how to register
You can either:
- Fill in your First name, Last name, Business email, and Phone number, or
- Sign up instantly using Google or Microsoft single sign-on.
π‘ Tip: No credit card is required for your free trial.
Step 3 β Verify and start your trial
After verification, you will be redirected to your workspace and start your 7-day free trial with 50 candidate credits.

2. Add your team members
Step 1 β Open Settings
- Click the gear icon βοΈ at the top right.
- Go to Settings β Users.

Step 2 β Invite new users
- Click the Add button at the top right.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Select a role: Admin or Member.
- Click Add user to send invitations.

Step 3 β Manage roles
To change a user's access level:
- Click the β― menu next to their name.
- Choose Change role or Deactivate.

Roles explained:
- Admin: Can manage users, billing, and settings.
- Member: Can create and manage assessments and candidates.

3. Customize your brand
Make your workspace reflect your company identity.
- Go to Settings β Branding.
- Upload your Company logo, Favicon, and optional Welcome image.
- Choose your Brand color and Text color.
- Click Save, then Preview to confirm the changes.

4. Create an assessment
Assess candidates in minutes with AI-powered tests.
- From the dashboard, click Create assessment.
- Choose a role or template.
- Add or remove skills and adjust difficulty.
- Set up candidate invitations.
- Click Launch to publish your assessment.

5. Duplicate an assessment
Save time by cloning an existing test setup.
- Go to the Assessments tab.
- Click the β― menu next to an existing test.
- Select Make a copy.
- Rename and customize as needed.

6. Download invoices
Access your billing history at any time.
- Open Settings β Billing.
- Select Invoices to view or download past bills.
