How to Invite Candidates to Your Assessments

Easily invite candidates to your assessments using one-by-one or bulk invite options. Follow our step-by-step guide for each method.

Inviting candidates to your assessments is a straightforward process, and Testlify offers two efficient methods to do so: inviting candidates individually or in bulk. Here’s a step-by-step guide for each method:

1. Inviting Candidates One by One:

  1. Log in to Your Testlify Account:

  2. Access Your Assessments:

    • Go to the “Assessments” tab in your dashboard and select the assessment you wish to use.

  3. Open the Invitation Section:

    • Click on the assessment name to open its details. Find the “Invite Candidates” section.

  4. Enter Candidate Information:

    • In the invitation form, enter the candidate's email address, name, and any other required details.

  5. Send the Invitation:

    • Click the “Invite” button to send the invitation. The candidate will receive an email with a link to access the assessment.

2. Inviting Candidates in Bulk:

  1. Log in to Your Testlify Account:

  2. Access Your Assessments:

    • Go to the “Assessments” tab and select the assessment for which you want to invite candidates.

  3. Open the Bulk Invite Section:

    • Click on the assessment name to open its details. Look for the “Bulk Invite” option.

  4. Upload Candidate Information:

    • Prepare a CSV file with the candidates' email addresses and names. Follow the template provided in the bulk invite section.

  5. Upload the File:

    • Upload the CSV file through the “Bulk Invite” interface. Verify that the information is correct.

  6. Send Bulk Invitations:

    • Click the “Import” button. All candidates listed in the CSV file will receive an email with a link to the assessment.

3. Using a Public Link:

  1. Log in to Your Testlify Account:

  2. Access Your Assessments:

    • Go to the “Assessments” tab and select the assessment you wish to make public.

  3. Generate the Public Link:

    • Click on the assessment name and navigate to the “Public Link” section.

  4. Copy the Public Link:

    • Generate and copy the public link provided. This link can be shared with anyone who needs access to the assessment.

  5. Share the Link:

    • Distribute the public link via email, message, or update in your carrier page or any other communication method. Candidates can click on the link to access the assessment directly.

Both methods ensure that your candidates are notified and can access the assessment easily. Choose the method that best fits your needs, whether inviting a few candidates individually or sending invitations to a large group at once.
