Create and Share a Public Assessment Link
A public link lets you invite candidates to an assessment without sending individual email invites — ideal for open roles, referral drives, or embedding on your careers page.
Before you begin
Make sure you have already created an assessment. Public links are configured at the assessment level.
Create and share a public link
- Open your assessment and go to the Invite page.
- Under the Candidate Invite section, click Manage Public Link.

- You are redirected to Settings. Click the Access tab at the top.
- Scroll to the bottom and locate the Public Links section. Click Add.

- Enter a name for the link and set a link expiration date and time. Click Add to generate the link.

- The link appears in the table. Click the copy icon to copy it, then share it with your candidates.

Tip: You can edit or delete any link at any time from the Public Links table.
Candidate experience
When a candidate opens the public link, they complete a two-step verification before starting the assessment:
- Enter their name and email address.

- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to that email.

OTP verification ensures secure, authenticated access for every participant.
