Testlify enables you to manage candidate assessments effectively by allowing you to invite and collaborate with team members. Here’s a step-by-step guide, complete with screenshots, to help you invite users to your Testlify workspace.

Step-by-Step Guide to Inviting Users to Your Workspace

1. Log in to Your Testlify Workspace

Start by logging into your Testlify account using your registered email ID by visiting https://app.testlify.com/login.

2. Navigate to Workspace Settings

Once you’re logged in, locate the settings icon or your profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard. Click on it to open a dropdown menu and select "Workspace Settings"

3. Click on Users

In the workspace settings, you will find a menu on the left-hand side. Click on "Users" to manage and invite team members.

4. Click on Add+

In the Users section, you’ll see a button labeled "Add+". Click on this button to start inviting new users to your workspace.

5. Enter the Email ID

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email IDs of the users you wish to invite.

6. Click on Role

Next, click on the "Role" dropdown menu to assign a role to each user you are inviting. You have two options: "Admin" or "Member". Choose either "Admin" or "Member" for each user.

7. Add More Users (Optional)

If you need to invite more users, you can click on "Add more" to include additional email IDs and assign roles to them.

8. Click on Add User

Finally, click on the "Add User" button to send the invitations. Each invited user will receive an email prompting them to join your Testlify workspace.

Invitation Process

Once the users are invited, they will be in the "invited" stage. They will receive an invitation email, and upon accessing the email, they can enter their basic information and get registered on the workspace. Their status will change from "invited" to "activated."

Check Spam/Junk Folders: If users do not receive the invitation, ask them to check their spam or junk email folders.

By following these steps and utilizing the provided screenshots, you can easily invite and manage users in your Testlify workspace, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
