How to Change Roles and Permissions for Members in the Workspace

Before you begin

You must be a workspace admin to access Roles and Permissions. If you don't see this option in Settings, contact your workspace admin.

Steps to update a member's permissions

  1. Click the Settings icon at the top right of the page.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Roles and Permissions.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the member's name and select Edit.

  4. Adjust the member's access permissions for assessments, candidates, settings, and billing.

  5. Click Save to apply the new permissions.
