When you create or edit an assessment, you have the option to customize what details are shown in the candidate's report. Follow the steps below to hide specific details according to your requirements:

Steps to Hide Details in Candidate Report

Create or Edit an Assessment:

  • Begin by either creating a new assessment or editing an existing one within your Testlify account.

Navigate to Assessment Settings:

  • Within the assessment creation or editing page, find and click on the Assessment Settings.

Go to the Report Tab:

  • Inside the assessment settings, locate and select the Report tab. This tab contains various options for customizing the candidate's report.

Customize Report Details:

  • You will find several options with checkboxes that you can toggle on or off. These options include:

1. Show the Candidate's Information Details:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide the candidate's personal information details in the report.

2. Show Performance Analytics Data:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide the performance analytics data, which provides insights into how the candidate performed overall.

3. Show Questions Asked Within the Test:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide the actual questions that were asked during the test.

4. Show Correct Answers:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide the correct answers for the questions asked in the test.

5. Show Proctoring Information & Violations:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide any proctoring information and violations detected during the test.

6. Show Status Logs:

  • Check or uncheck this box to show or hide the status logs, which detail the candidate's interactions with the assessment platform.

5. Save Your Changes:

  • After you have made your selections, ensure to save your changes. This will update the settings for the assessment, and the candidate report will reflect these changes.

By following these steps, you can easily customize the candidate's report to include only the information you deem necessary. This flexibility allows you to provide a tailored report to your stakeholders while keeping certain details confidential.
