Credits in Testlify are allocated to workspaces based on the subscription plan. Here’s a detailed guide on how credits are consumed:

Credit Consumption Rules

  1. Test Enrollment and Start

    • Credits are consumed when a candidate enrolls and starts taking the test.

    • If the candidate does not take the test, no credits will be used.

    • If a candidate is in "Invite" status, no credits are consumed.

  2. Qualifying Questions

    • For assessments with qualifying questions, credits are not consumed for candidates who do not meet the criteria.

    • Even if such candidates enroll, they are disqualified and do not proceed with the assessment, hence no credits are used.

    • When a candidate qualifies the qualifying question and proceeds with the assessment, one credit is consumed per candidate.

  3. Multiple Attempts

    • For assessments allowing multiple attempts, one credit is consumed for each attempt.

    • If the same candidate attempts the assessment twice, two credits will be consumed.

By understanding these rules, you can better manage your credits and ensure they are used efficiently within your Testlify workspace.
