At Testlify, we value inclusivity and fairness in our assessments. To help us continually improve the quality and relevance of our tests, we offer an optional demographic feedback form that candidates can complete after their assessments.

  • Years of experience

  • Highest education level

  • Field of study

  • Ethnicity

Purpose of Collecting Demographic Information

This data is used internally by Testlify to:

Optional Participation

Candidates are not required to complete this form. They can choose to skip it entirely without any impact on their assessment results or future opportunities.

How to Enable or Disable the Demographic Form

As an employer, you can configure whether this form is presented to candidates after they complete their assessments. Follow these steps:

  2. Locate the option for the Demographic Feedback Form.

  3. Toggle the form ON or OFF based on your preference.
