What Is the Candidate Demographic Form?

Testlify offers an optional demographic feedback form that candidates can complete after finishing an assessment. Responses are anonymous and used solely by Testlify to improve the fairness, relevance, and inclusivity of its tests — they are never shared with employers.

What Information Is Collected?

The form asks candidates to share the following details:

• Current job role
• Industry
• Experience level and years of experience
• Employment type
• Primary language
• Highest education level and field of study
• Ethnicity
• Country of residence
• Gender
• Year of birth

Privacy and Data Security

• Anonymous: All candidate responses are completely anonymous.
• Internal use only: Data is used by Testlify only — never shared with employers or third parties.
• Privacy Policy: All data is protected under Testlify's privacy policy.

Optional Participation

Candidates are never required to complete this form. They can skip it at any time without affecting their assessment results or future opportunities.

How to Enable or Disable the Demographic Form

As an employer, you control whether this form appears to candidates after they complete an assessment.

1. Go to your Assessment Configuration Settings.
2. Find the Demographic Feedback Form option.
3. Toggle it ON or OFF based on your preference.
