Integrate Testlify with JazzHR

Before you begin

Testlify must be enabled in your JazzHR account before you can connect the integration. Submit a support ticket to JazzHR requesting access to the Testlify assessment integration. Once Testlify appears on your JazzHR Integrations dashboard, you are ready to proceed.

Set up the integration

  1. Log in to JazzHR and navigate to Settings.

  1. Click the Integrations tab in the header.

  1. Search for Testlify and click More Information.

  1. Enter your Testlify Workspace Integration Key when prompted.

  • Tip: To find this key, log in to Testlify, go to Workspace Settings, and copy the Integration Key.

  1. Paste the Integration Key in JazzHR and click Connect.

  1. A confirmation message appears and Testlify is listed under the Workspace Integration List in JazzHR.

Send an assessment from JazzHR

  1. Open a job in JazzHR and select a candidate.
  2. Go to the Assessments tab and click Send Assessment.

  1. Select an assessment from the list of all assessments in your Testlify workspace.

  1. Send the assessment to the candidate. They receive an email invitation to complete it.

View assessment results

  • Once the candidate completes the assessment, their score appears automatically in JazzHR.

  • Click View Details to download the full assessment report.
