How to Connect Your Testlify Workspace with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Connect Testlify to your applicant tracking system (ATS) to invite candidates to assessments and view their results directly inside your ATS. ATS integration is a paid add-on available on all paid plans for $199/month ($2,388/year).
Before you begin
- Only the Owner of the Testlify account can set up integrations.
- Confirm your plan includes this add-on before proceeding.

Steps to connect your ATS
- Open Workspace Settings. Log in to Testlify, then click your profile in the top-right corner and select Settings.

- Copy your API key. In Settings, click the API tab (just above the Integrations tab). Copy your API key and save it somewhere accessible — you will need it during ATS setup.

- Open Integrations. Click Integrations in the left panel. A list of compatible ATS platforms appears.

- Select your ATS. Click the name of your ATS (for example, Greenhouse), then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
- Confirm the connection. Once you have entered the required details, your workspace is connected. You can now invite candidates and view their results directly from your ATS dashboard.
Tip: Save your API key in a secure document. You may need it again when connecting additional integrations.
