At Testlify, we’ve set default usage limits to ensure optimal performance and a consistent user experience across our platform. These limits help manage system resources efficiently and maintain a smooth experience for all users. This guide provides a comprehensive overview of these limits, including daily, monthly, and free trial restrictions, as well as how you can request higher limits based on your organization’s needs.
📋 Platform Usage Limits
1. Assessments
- Daily Limit: Up to 100 assessments can be created per day.
- Monthly Limit: A maximum of 1,000 assessments can be created per month.
2. Company Tests
- Daily Limit: Up to 100 company tests can be created per day.
- Monthly Limit: A maximum of 1,000 company tests can be created per month.
3. Candidate Invites
- Daily Limit: Up to 3,000 candidate invites can be sent in a single day.
- Monthly Limit: A total of 20,000 candidate invites can be sent per month.
4. Bulk Candidate Invites
- Per Upload Limit: You can invite up to 600 candidates per bulk upload.
- Tip: To invite more than 600 candidates, you may repeat the upload process multiple times, as long as you remain within the daily limit of 3,000 invites.
5. Questions and Options
- Questions Added: You may add up to 100 questions per assessment.
- Options Added: You may add up to 5,000 answer options across questions.
6. Free Trial Usage
- Free Trial Candidate Invites: Users on a free trial are allowed to send invites to up to 10 candidates.
- This allows you to experience the platform’s features before committing to a paid plan.

- Daily Limits reset every 24 hours.
- Monthly Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.
📦 Free Trial Restrictions
- The free trial is designed to offer a hands-on experience with core features.
- However, to ensure fair usage, the free trial is limited to 10 candidate invites.
