Testlify provides two advanced proctoring features—Live Video Proctoring and Screen Sharing Proctoring—to protect assessment integrity and ensure credible, fair candidate evaluations.
Before you begin
- You need Admin or Owner access to your Testlify workspace.
- Both features are monthly add-ons. Confirm your plan includes them before enabling.
Live Video Proctoring
Live Video Proctoring verifies the candidate's identity and detects unauthorized behaviors in real time.
- Prevents impersonation: Confirms the person taking the test is the intended candidate.
- Detects cheating: Identifies unauthorized assistance, such as help from another person.
- Builds result credibility: Increases confidence in the accuracy and validity of assessment results.

Screen Sharing Proctoring
