If you've paused or canceled your Testlify subscription and want to resume using our platform, follow these simple steps to reactivate your account. This guide will walk you through the process, ensuring you can quickly regain access to the tools you need for efficient candidate assessments. Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription:

  1. Log into Your Testlify Account:

    • Use your credentials to sign in to your account at Testlify.

  2. Go to Manage Subscription:

    • Once logged in, navigate to the Settings menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

    • Select Manage Subscription from the drop-down menu.

  3. Review Subscription Options:

    • In the Manage Subscription section, you'll see the current status of your subscription. If your subscription is paused or inactive, you'll have an option to Reactivate.

  4. Select Your Plan:

    • Choose your preferred plan if prompted. You can select the same plan you were on before or upgrade to a different one that better suits your needs.
