Overview
Testlify allows you to invite multiple candidates to an assessment using the "Bulk Invite" feature. This is a time-saving method that enables assessment creators to send invites to a large group of candidates all at once. However, there are instances when some invites may not be sent successfully. To ensure transparency and clear communication, Testlify provides email notifications to the assessment creator when invites fail to be sent.
How Bulk Invite Email Notifications Work
Inviting Candidates in Bulk
When you use the bulk invite option, all selected candidates are sent an invitation to participate in the assessment.
Failed Invites Notification
In case some invites are not successfully sent, Testlify automatically generates an email notification for the assessment creator. This email will include details of:
The candidates whose invites didn’t go through.
The specific reasons for the failure, such as invalid email addresses or network issues.
Immediate Alerts for Quick Resolution
The email notification allows assessment creators to quickly identify the issues and take corrective action, such as verifying email addresses or re-sending invites manually.
Why Email Notifications Are Important
Timely Response: You receive immediate feedback when an issue arises with the bulk invite process.
Transparent Reporting: All details regarding failed invites are included, so you can address the issue efficiently.
Avoids Delays: You can quickly resend the failed invites and ensure that your assessment stays on schedule.
What to Do If You Receive a Failed Invite Notification
Review the email to understand the reason why the invite wasn’t sent.
Double-check the candidate's email address for errors or typos.
If necessary, manually resend the invite or contact Testlify support for further assistance.
By staying informed with these email notifications, assessment creators can ensure that their candidates are properly invited and avoid any delays in the hiring process.
