Customizing assessments in Testlify allows you to tailor evaluations to match the specific skills or categories required for your job roles. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to add a skill or category to your test, ensuring your assessments are aligned with your hiring needs.

Follow these steps to easily add a skill in Testlify.

  1. Navigate to the Test Section
    Start by logging in to your Testlify account and clicking on the Test section.

  2. Access the Test Library
    In the Test section, go to the Test Library to browse available tests or create a new one.

  3. Create a Company Test
    To add a custom test, click on Create Company Test. This will allow you to build a personalized test for your candidates.

  4. Select Test Name and Test Type
    You will be prompted to choose a Test Name and Test Type. Ensure that these reflect the job role or assessment focus.

  5. Add Relevant Skills
    Once you’ve selected the test type, you can now add skills. Choose the skills that are relevant to the job role by selecting them from the available list, or type in a custom skill if needed.
