Edit the Assessment- Click on the "Edit" button to modify the assessment settings.
Navigate to Settings and Proctoring- On the assessment setup page, click on "Settings" and select the "Proctoring" tab.
Enable Mouse Out Tracking- Select the option for Mouse Out Tracking and set the tolerance limit in seconds to define how long the system will allow the mouse to be out of the window before it's flagged. Don't forget to save your settings.
How to View Mouse Out Tracking Logs
Open the Candidate's Result- Click on the candidate's name to view their assessment details.
Scroll to Proctoring- On the candidate’s result page, scroll down until you reach the Proctoring section.
View Logs- Look for the 'Mouse Out Proctor Violation' entry and click on "View Logs."
