Testlify's filtering options help you quickly sort candidates by stages like "Shortlisted," "Interviewed," or "Hired." To effectively filter candidates by their hiring stage, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Your Testlify Account:

    • Start by logging into your Testlify account.

  2. Select the Relevant Assessment:

    • Choose the assessment you want to manage. Scroll down to view all candidates associated with that assessment.

  3. View Candidate Stages:

    • Here, you'll see stages such as "Invited" or "Assessment Completed." These indicate where each candidate is in the hiring process.

  4. Edit Candidate Stage:

    • Click on the edit option (as shown in the image) next to a candidate's stage. You can then update the stage according to your needs, such as "Hired" or "Shortlisted."

  5. Apply Stage Filter:

    • After selecting the desired stage, use the stage filter to categorize candidates. This will allow you to view the number of candidates in each stage, helping you streamline the hiring process.
