Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Login to Your Testlify Account

Visit app.testlify.com and log in using your registered email ID and OTP. This step ensures you have access to all the features and tools necessary for creating and managing your assessments.

Step 2: Navigate to the Test Library Tab

Once logged in, locate the "Test Library" tab at the top of your screen. This section is dedicated to creating and managing questions that will be part of your assessments. Click on it to proceed.

Step 3: Create Company Test

In the Test Library tab, find the "Create Company Test" button, which is located on the top right side of the screen. Click on this button to begin setting up a new test for your company.

Step 4: Enter Basic Test Information

Click on "Basic" and follow these steps:

  9. Time to Complete Test: If you Select Set time at Test Level. You can customize the overall time allowed for the assessment. Choose between "No Limit" (candidates can take as long as they need) or "Custom" (set a specific time limit in minutes).

  10. Difficulty Level: Select the difficulty level for your test. Options include Easy, Medium, Hard, and Challenging.

  11. Overview (Optional): Provide an overview of the assessment. This helps candidates understand what to expect from the test.

  12. Description (Optional): Write a description to help candidates understand the purpose and content of the test.

  13. Relevant For (Optional): Indicate who the test is relevant for, such as specific job roles or experience levels.

  14. Customize Test Instructions: Check the box to edit the default test instructions and customize them to fit your requirements.

  15. Language: Select the language in which the test will be conducted from the dropdown menu (default is English).

    • Drop-Down Questions: Candidates select the correct answer from a dropdown menu.

    • Ranking Questions: Candidates order options according to a specified criterion.

    • Open-Ended Questions: Candidates provide detailed text responses.

    • Short Questions: Candidates provide brief text responses.

    • Number Questions: Candidates provide numerical answers.
