At Testlify, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing our platform by introducing new features, improvements, and products. As part of this commitment, our plans and pricing evolve to better serve our customers.

This article outlines the key changes to your Testlify plan and what you can expect moving forward.

Why plan revisions are necessary?

Maintaining support for legacy plans and features indefinitely is challenging and often impedes our development progress. Our goal is to ensure fairness and transparency while making necessary business decisions for growth and innovation. Sustaining outdated plans isn't fair to our new customers and slows down our ability to deliver improvements.

What happens when a plan becomes a Legacy Plan?

When Testlify stops offering a plan to new customers, it becomes a “legacy” plan. On your "Plans" page you’ll see a note on top that looks something like this if you are on a legacy plan:

Your account will be migrated to a newer plan at some point in the future after your plan has been designated as legacy. We try to ensure that customers don’t see their plan price change more than once every two years which determines the timing of that migration.

Transitioning to a new plan

We want to ensure you are well-informed about any transitions. Therefore, your workspace account Owner will receive an email notification about the revision in the plan as soon as it is implemented and live on our platform. The email will detail the differences between your current and new plans and outline any available options to ease this transition.

Upgrading to the revised plan

While legacy plans may not include some of the latest features and offerings, your workspace account Owner can always opt to upgrade to a revised plan sooner. To do this, visit 'Manage Subscription' from your workspace settings and select the appropriate plan.
