1. What is the Testlify Reseller Program?

The Testlify Reseller Program allows HRMS, job boards, and applicant tracking systems to offer our white-labeled finest talent assessment platform to their customers. Reseller partners get exclusive onboarding, training, and support to help them succeed.

2. Who can become a reseller?

Any HRMS, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or other HR Tech software products. We prioritize businesses that already work in the software sector in the HR space or those that work with businesses that might benefit from our software to apply.

4. What are the benefits of becoming a reseller?

Our resellers enjoy a number of benefits, including white-labeled software, integration walkthrough, access to training resources, dedicated support, and the opportunity to provide their customers with a leading skill assessment product.

5. What are the responsibilities of a reseller?

Resellers are expected to actively promote skill assessment to their customer base. They should also provide first-level support to their customers.

6. Who owns the customer accounts under the reseller program?

6. Can I rebrand Testlify under my own brand?

Yes, of course. Our reseller program offers the ability to white-label our product. You can rebrand Testlify to reflect your own branding for a seamless customer experience.

7. Do I have API access as a reseller?

8. What kind of integration support is provided?

We provide extensive documentation and technical support to assist with the integration of Testlify into your existing product offerings. Our team is available to answer any questions or troubleshoot any issues you may encounter during integration via email, chat, phone, or video calls.

9. Does Testlify support webhooks?

Absolutely! Testlify does support webhooks. This allows for real-time data exchange, improving the overall integration with your existing products or services. We can securely send and manage millions of webhooks reliably with robust support for retries, rate Limiting, static IPs, circuit Breaking, rolling secrets, and more.

10. Can features be developed specifically for my customers?

Yes, we offer custom feature development as a part of our reseller plan. This service allows you to request features specifically tailored to your customers' needs. This is subject to additional costs, product roadmap alignment, and our development team's capacity.

11. Which Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) can Testlify integrate with?

Contract and Pricing

20. What is the minimum contract value for becoming a Testlify reseller?

To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, we require a minimum annual contract value of $100,000 from our resellers, which enables up to 100,000 assessments for candidates across the client base. This is facilitated via manageable quarterly payments of $25,000, payable at the start of each quarter.

This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources for extensive implementation, training, support, and feature development to help our resellers succeed.

21. Does Testlify support multiple languages?

Yes, Testlify currently supports 10 international languages, and we're continually working on adding more. Our goal is to make our software as accessible as possible to users around the world.
