Introduction
The "Make a Copy" feature in Testlify empowers you to effortlessly duplicate an existing assessment while preserving its fundamental components. This functionality proves invaluable when you need to replicate an assessment and make specific adjustments to align with your unique needs.
How to Copy an Assessment
Method 1: From the 'Assessments' tab
Navigate to the 'Assessments' tab in your Testlify account.
Highlight the assessment you wish to copy.
Click on the 3 dots icon usually located at the end of the row.
Choose 'Make a copy' from the dropdown menu.
Method 2: From the Assessment Overview
Access the specific assessment by clicking on it under the 'Assessments' tab.
Click on the double pages icon located in the top-right corner of the assessment overview.
What Happens Next?
Both methods will create a copy of the assessment that will appear at the top of your 'Assessments' list. The 'Make a copy' assessment will be named 'Copy of {original assessment name}'.
What Gets 'Copied'?
The tests you previously selected will carry over.
Your custom questions and any advanced settings you applied will be directly copied.
