Testlify helps hiring teams to better estimate how well a candidate will perform in the role. Streamline and reduce hiring effort by initializing assessments from Greenhouse Recruiting as an integrated part of the candidate journey.

First, you'll need to create an API token in Testlify. To do this, log in to Testlify and navigate to the Settings tab.

From the left menu, click API Key, then click Generate Key.

Copy the API key and store it somewhere safe. You will need to provide it to Greenhouse Technical Support during the next step.

Follow the steps in this article to provide your API token to Greenhouse Technical Support and add the assessment stage in your interview plans.

Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.

Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / Testlify integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Testlify assessment as an interview stage.

You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.

After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Testlify application.

To see a candidate’s results in Testlify, click View Report.

Assessment results for the candidate appear in PDF format. Additional authentication is not required to view candidate’s results.
