At Testlify, we have set default limits for various actions within the platform to ensure smooth operations and efficient usage. Below is a detailed breakdown of the limits for daily, monthly, and free trial usage. This guide is intended to help you understand these limits and manage your activities effectively.

Default Limits

1. Assessments

  • Daily Limit for Assessments Created: 50

  • Monthly Limit for Assessments Created: 100

2. Company Tests

  • Daily Limit for Company Tests Created: 100

  • Monthly Limit for Company Tests Created: 100

3. Candidate Invites

  • Daily Limit for Candidate Invites: 3000

  • Monthly Limit for Candidate Invites: 20,000

4. Bulk Invites

  • The limit for Candidate Bulk Invite: 600 candidates per bulk upload

5. Questions and Options

  • Limit for Questions Added: 100

  • Limit for Options Added: 5000

6. Free Trial Invites

  • Limit for Free Trial Invites: 50

Important Notes

  1. Higher Limits on Request:

    • If your organization requires higher limits for any of the above actions, we can accommodate your needs upon request. Please contact our support team to submit your request for increased limits.

  2. Bulk Invites Clarification:

    • While using the bulk invite feature, each bulk upload is limited to 600 candidates at a time. However, you can repeat the process multiple times within the daily invite limit of 3000.

  3. Daily and Monthly Limits:

    • The daily limits reset at the beginning of each day, and the monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

  4. Free Trial Restrictions:

    • During the free trial, users are restricted to 50 candidate invites. This limit ensures trial users can evaluate the platform's functionality effectively without exceeding the usage cap.
