To change the email address associated with your Testlify account, please follow these steps:
Access Settings:
Click on the Settings icon in the main menu.
Navigate to Users:
Select Users from the settings menu.
Add a New Email:
Click on the Add button.
Enter the new email address and select the appropriate role.
Send Verification Invite:
The new email address will receive an invitation. Check your inbox to verify and activate the new account.
Deactivate the Old Email:
After the new email is verified and activated, find the old email address in the user list.
Click on the three dots next to the old email and select Deactivate.
