After candidates complete their assessment, it's essential to inform them promptly. This guide walks you through setting up automatic notifications or manual messages to keep candidates updated, streamline communication, and enhance their overall experience.

To notify candidates automatically upon test completion, follow these steps to customize your email notifications:

  1. Access Notification Settings

    • Go to Settings and select Notifications. Here, you’ll find the Email Notifications section, where you can enable, disable, and customize notifications.

  2. Customising the Completion Email

    • Click the three dots next to “Completion” and select Customize to edit the notification.

    • You can adjust the subject line and body of the email, ensuring that template tags remain intact for proper information display.

  3. Testing the Email Notification

    • To preview the email, click Send Test Email to receive a sample in your inbox.

  4. Disabling Notifications

    • To disable any notification, simply select Disable Email Notification.

Once saved, the completion email will automatically be sent to candidates upon assessment completion.

Setting up and customizing completion notifications is an efficient way to keep candidates informed and improve their experience with the assessment process. By following these steps, you ensure timely communication that aligns with your brand’s tone and requirements. Regularly review and update your notifications as needed to maintain clear, professional messaging.
