ATS Job Status and ATS Job Stage in Resume Parser
Resume Parser job list
The Resume Parser page displays your jobs. The ATS selector in the top-right corner shows the connected ATS, and the Sync jobs button appears next to it. The job list includes the following columns: Name, Total Candidates, Status, ATS, ATS JOB STATUS, and Created On.
ATS JOB STATUS:
The ATS JOB STATUS column displays the job status from your ATS, such as In-progress or Waiting for TKO. A dash (-) is shown when no ATS job status is available.
Set the ATS job stage for a job:
- On the Resume Parser page, open the job you want to set up.
- On the Criteria tab, locate the ATS Job Stage field. An information icon (i) appears next to the field name.
- Click the field to open the stage list.
- Select the appropriate stage. Until a selection is made, the field displays "Select an ATS stage".
- Use Add criteria to add the required criteria, and then select Next to continue.
Stage options:
The ATS Job Stage dropdown lists the candidate stages from your ATS, including:
- New
- Associated
- Initial Interview
- Candidate Testing
- Submitted-to-client
- Interview-Scheduled
- Client Testing
The dropdown does not display job statuses. Job statuses are shown in the ATS JOB STATUS column.
