How to Download All Spreadsheet Responses for a Candidate in One Excel Workbook
If a candidate has completed multiple spreadsheet-based questions in an assessment, you can download all their spreadsheet responses together in a single Excel workbook (.xlsx ). Each question’s response is included in a separate worksheet, making it easier to review and compare the candidate’s work without downloading each response individually.
Steps to Download the Excel Responses Workbook
- Open the assessment in your Testlify workspace.
- Navigate to the candidate’s details page.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner.
- Hover over Download report to view the available download options.
- Select Download Excel to download the candidate’s spreadsheet responses as a single Excel workbook.
What Does the Download Include?
The downloaded Excel workbook contains:
- One Excel workbook (
.xlsx) per candidate with their completed spreadsheet responses. - A separate worksheet for each spreadsheet question answered by the candidate.
- The spreadsheet content and values submitted by the candidate, allowing you to review their responses in Excel.
