How to Download or Share a 360 Feedback Report

Testlify lets you generate a 360 Feedback Report for a completed 360 feedback assessment. You can either download the report as a PDF or generate a shareable link that can be shared with stakeholders.

Before generating the report, make sure the 360 feedback assessment has been completed by the required reviewers. Testlify generates the 360 report based on the feedback collected from the reviewers.

Log in to your Testlify workspace.
Go to Assessments.
Open the assessment containing the 360 Feedback Review.
On the assessment page, click the three-dot (⋯) menu in the top-right corner.
Select 360 feedback report.

Choose the report type

A 360 feedback report window will open.

Select the reviewee for whom you want to generate the report, then choose one of the following options:

Option 1: PDF

Select PDF if you want to download the 360 Feedback Report as a PDF.

Select PDF under Report type.
Click Download.
Testlify generates the report and downloads it as a PDF.

The PDF contains the feedback collected for the selected reviewee.

Note: Report generation may take a few moments while Testlify processes the collected feedback.

Option 2: Shareable link

Select Shareable link if you want to share the report online.

Select Shareable link under Report type.
Choose the required link expiration:
- Never expire
- Date and time
Generate the shareable link.
Copy the link and share it with the intended stakeholders.

The shareable report can be viewed by anyone who has the link, without requiring a Testlify account.

Set an expiration date

When using a shareable link, you can control how long the link remains accessible.

Select Date and time under Link expiration and specify when the link should expire.

If you don't want the link to expire, select Never expire.

What does the 360 Feedback Report contain?

The report consolidates feedback provided by the different reviewer groups involved in the 360 process. Depending on the configured 360 assessment, the report can include:

Feedback from different reviewer roles
Competency scores
Aggregate scores
Reviewer-group comparisons
Gap analysis
Qualitative feedback
Overall performance summary

Who is the report generated for?
