How to Add Custom Questions for Video AI, Chat AI, and Voice AI Assessments

With AI-powered assessments, you can now add specific custom questions that you want the AI interviewer to ask candidates during the assessment.

This gives you more control over the interview flow and allows you to evaluate candidates on specific skills, scenarios, or topics relevant to the role.

Custom questions can be added for:

• Video AI
• Chat AI
• Voice AI

How to Add Custom AI Questions

Follow these steps to add your own questions:

1. Open an existing assessment or create a new assessment.
2. Navigate to the Assessment Settings section.
3. Go to the Questions tab.
4. Select AI Prompt Type under the Video AI custom question creation section.
5. Choose Basic as the prompt type.
6. Enter the specific question you want the AI to ask the candidate.
7. Click Add to include the question in your assessment.

Once added, the AI interviewer will use these custom questions during the assessment.
