Zoho Recruit Job Integration

This article explains how to connect your Zoho Recruit account with Testlify and sync jobs into the Resume Parser module.

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure:

• You have an active Zoho Recruit account.
• You have the required permissions to authorize integrations.
• You are logged in to your Testlify workspace.

Step 1: Open the Integrations Page

1. Login to your Testlify account.
2. Navigate to:

Settings → Integrations

3. Scroll down to the Jobs integrations section.
4. Click on Zoho Recruit.

Step 2: Login to Zoho Recruit

After clicking on Zoho Recruit, you will be redirected to the Zoho authorization page.

1. Enter your Zoho Recruit email address.
2. Complete the login process.
3. Authorize all requested permissions.

Note: All permissions must be accepted for the integration to work properly.

Step 3: Integration Successfully Connected

Once authorization is completed successfully:

• Your Zoho Recruit account will be connected to Testlify.
• The integration status will appear as Active under the Integrations page.

Step 4: View Synced Jobs in Resume Parser

After completing the integration:

1. Navigate to the Resume Parser section.
2. You will now be able to view all active jobs created in Zoho Recruit.
3. The connected Zoho Recruit account will appear in the top-right dropdown.

Step 5: Sync Candidates

1. Open any synced job from the Resume Parser page.
2. Click on Sync Candidates.
3. Candidates from Zoho Recruit will be imported into Testlify.

Step 6: Review Candidate Match Scores

Once candidates are synced:

• Candidate profiles will be available inside Testlify.
• Resume match scores and skill breakdowns will be generated automatically.
• Recruiters can review candidate profiles and proceed with assessments.

Troubleshooting

Unable to See Jobs

• Ensure the jobs are active in Zoho Recruit.
• Verify that all permissions were authorized during setup.
• Try reconnecting the integration.

Candidates Not Syncing

• Click the Sync Candidates button again.
• Refresh the page after syncing.
• Ensure candidates exist under the selected Zoho Recruit job.
