Auto update candidate stage

This feature will automatically advance candidates to the next stage in Testlify based on their scores. You also have the option to manually select the next stage. Candidates scoring above the set cut-off will be automatically advanced to the next stage. Here’s how you can set this up.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to Your Workspace

• Go to the Assessment section in your Testlify dashboard and select the assessment where you want to enable the auto-update stage feature.

• Click on Edit.

• Go to the assessment Settings.

• Navigate to the Completion tab.

• Check the box for Auto update candidate stage.

• Enter the score threshold and select the stage name from the dropdown.

• Click Save.

Now, any candidate whose score exceeds the threshold will automatically move to the next stage.
