How to Send Bulk Invitations in Workday

This guide outlines the process for editing a job requisition in Workday to configure automated assessment tests. By following these steps, recruiters and HR professionals can link specific assessment tests to a job requisition. Once the requisition is approved, the system will automatically invite candidates to these tests when they reach the Assessment stage of the hiring process.


  1. Log into Workday
  2. Search for Edit Job Requisition.


  3. Type in the name of the requisition you're searching for and hit Enter. Click "OK".
  4. Click on the Job tab in the sidebar.


  5. Locate the Assessments section and click on the pencil to make edits.


  6. Click on the Default Assessments field and search and add the assessment test(s) you would like the candidates to be assessed on for the job requisition. Click the Checkmark afterwards to save changes. 


  7. Click the Summary tab in the sidebar.


  8. Click Submit


    Once the task has been approved, candidates will be invited to the configured assessment test(s) automatically once they've moved to the Assessment stage.
