This update allows for better communication and helps recruiters stay informed throughout the process without unnecessary steps.

What Is the "Recipients for Notifications" Feature?

The "Recipients for Notifications" feature allows you to easily define who will receive notifications related to assessment invitations. Previously, recruiters had to manually select who should be notified, which could lead to mistakes or missed communications. With this feature, the process is more streamlined and error-free.

Key Highlights:

1. Auto-Selection of Recipients:
   • This feature automatically detects the recruiter who initiated the candidate invite and ensures they are notified of any updates.
   • You can still manually add additional recipients, but the system will always ensure that the inviter is included, removing the risk of missing critical updates.
2. Simplified Communication:
   • No more need for recruiters to manually check who should get notified about a candidate's progress.
   • The system will automatically keep the recruiter in the loop about candidate actions and assessments, ensuring smoother communication.
3. How It Works:
   • Once you’ve configured your settings in the "Configuration" tab, the feature will send an automatic notification to the right people, based on your selections.
   • The feature works by pulling the user who invited the candidate and sending them alerts, ensuring they stay informed without additional setup.

The "Notify User Who Invited" Checkbox:

A checkbox labeled "Notify user who invited" has been added to the notifications section. By enabling this checkbox, you automatically ensure that the inviter will be notified about assessment activities tied to their invitation.

• Reduces Errors: No more worry about manually selecting recipients or forgetting to include someone important.
• Saves Time: Automatic notifications reduce the need for extra steps in the setup process, making it faster for you and your team.

How to Set It Up:

• Go to Configuration Settings: Navigate to the "Configuration" tab in the Testlify assessment setup.
• Select Recipients: In the Recipients for notifications section, choose the recipients who should receive notifications.

• Enable the Checkbox: Make sure to tick the "Notify user who invited" checkbox to automatically send notifications to the recruiter who triggered the invite.
