How to Download and Review Integration Logs in Testlify
Integration logs help you monitor all communication between Testlify and your connected ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Ashby, Greenhouse, or others. They provide detailed records of events like candidate invites, stage updates, and score transfers, allowing you to troubleshoot or verify integration activities easily.
🔹 Step 1: Go to the Integrations Section
- Log in to your Testlify workspace.
- Click on your workspace name in the top-right corner.
- Under Developers, select Integrations.
- You’ll see a list of all active integrations (e.g., Pinpoint, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).

🔹 Step 2: Open Integration Logs
- Locate the specific integration you want to check.
- Click on the “three dots” option next to the integration name.

🔹 Step 3: Review or Download Logs
- To download the logs for deeper analysis or to share with your team:
- Click on the Download icon (📥).
- The file will be saved in
.csvformat, containing all log details.

🔹 Step 4: Use Logs for Troubleshooting
If an integration didn’t behave as expected, for instance, a candidate’s score didn’t sync or stage didn’t update, you can use these logs to:
- Identify errors or failed requests.
- Verify if Testlify successfully sent or received data from the ATS.
