How to Translate a Test from the Library in Testlify

The Translate Test feature in Testlify allows you to easily make your assessments available in multiple languages. This ensures that candidates can take tests in the language they are most comfortable with, improving accuracy and fairness in the evaluation process.

Follow these steps to translate a test from the Library:

Step 1: Navigate to the Test Library

  1. Log in to your Testlify account.
  2. Go to the top navigation bar and click Library.
  3. You will see a list of all available tests.

Step 2: Select the Test You Want to Translate

  1. Locate the test you want to translate (e.g., Communication, Problem Solving, etc.).
  2. Click the three-dot menu (…) next to the Use button for that test.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Translate.

Step 3: Choose the Target Language

  1. In the Translate pop-up window, select the desired language from the dropdown list.
  2. If the test is already available in the selected language, you will see a note stating:

    “Already available in selected language.”

Step 4: Submit the Translation Request

  1. Click the Translate button.
  2. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen:

“Request submitted successfully. You will receive the translated content via email within the next 3–5 business days.”

Important Notes

  • Translation requests are processed manually to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • You will be notified by email when the translated version of the test is ready.
  • Once available, you can use the translated test directly in your assessments.
