Auto-Invite Candidates to the Next Assessment
The Auto-Invite Candidates feature allows you to automatically move candidates to another assessment based on their performance. This helps streamline your hiring process and ensures only qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
How to Enable Auto-Invite
- Go to Assessment Settings while creating or editing an assessment.
- Navigate to the Completion tab.
- Check the box labelled Auto Invite Candidates.
Once enabled, you’ll see two options:
1. Invitation Threshold
- Set the minimum score percentage a candidate must achieve to qualify for the next assessment.
Example: If you set the threshold to 70%, any candidate scoring 70% or above will automatically be invited.
2. Assessment Name
- Select the assessment that you want to trigger as the next step.
Note: The assessment must be created and saved beforehand to appear in this list.
Important Notes
- The invitation is triggered automatically once the candidate meets the threshold.
- Ensure the next assessment is ready before enabling this feature.
This feature is not applicable retroactively; it applies only to candidates completing the test after the setting is enabled.
Example Workflow
- Candidate completes Assessment A.
- Candidate scores 80% (threshold set at 70%).
- The candidate is automatically invited to Assessment B.
