Enable Session Recording for Proctored Assessments

The Session Recording feature lets you capture and review a candidate's on-screen activity during a proctored assessment. Use it to monitor test integrity and verify that the candidate stays focused throughout.

Before you begin

• Session Recording requires a desktop device. Recordings are not captured when a candidate uses a mobile phone or tablet.

Enable Session Recording

1. Open your assessment and go to Assessment Settings.
2. Click the Proctoring tab.
3. Check the box for Session Recording.

Recording starts automatically once the candidate begins their assessment in full-screen mode.

View Session Recordings

1. After the assessment completes, open the candidate's report on the Candidate Display Page (CDP).
2. Scroll to the Session Recordings section to play or review the recording.

Tip: For stronger proctoring coverage, enable Session Recording alongside Webcam Monitoring and AI Proctoring in the same settings tab.
