Twilio Text Setup Help Guide for Testlify White Label

This guide will help you integrate Twilio Text Messaging with your Testlify White Label setup. Twilio integration allows you to send SMS notifications seamlessly through your own Twilio account.

If you don’t have White Label activated for your workspace, please contact our sales team at sales@testlify.com to enable it.

How to Find Your Twilio SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number

Log in to your Twilio account.
On the Twilio Dashboard (Home Page), scroll down slightly.
You’ll see the Account SID, Auth Token, and your Twilio Phone Number listed clearly.
Copy these details and paste them into the corresponding fields in your Testlify White Label Text settings.

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up Twilio Text with Testlify

1. Log in to Your Workspace

Open your Testlify White Label workspace and log in with your admin credentials. From your dashboard, click on Settings.

2. Access the Settings

On the left bottom menu under the White Label section, you’ll find Text – click on it.

3. Select Twilio and Enter Required Details

In the Text settings, choose Twilio as your provider.
You will now see fields to enter:
✅ Twilio SID
✅ Twilio Auth Token
✅ Twilio Phone Number
Enter these details carefully and click Save.
Once saved successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message.

4. Send a Test Message

After saving your credentials, click Send Test Text to ensure your Twilio integration is working correctly.
