🧠 Enable AI-Suggested Interview Questions
The AI-Suggested Interview Questions feature generates personalised follow-up questions based on a candidate's assessment responses, helping your hiring team run structured, data-driven interviews.
Before you begin
You need edit access to Assessment Settings for the relevant assessment. The feature is off by default and must be enabled per assessment.
🔧 How to enable AI-Suggested Interview Questions
- Open your assessment and navigate to Assessment Settings.
- Click the Config tab.
- Toggle on "AI-Suggested Interview Questions".
Tip: You can enable this setting at any point — before test creation or after candidates have already completed the assessment.
🤖 How it works
Once enabled, the AI reviews the candidate's responses across all tests within the assessment. Based on those responses, it generates tailored interview questions for your hiring team to use during the interview stage.
📍 Where to find the suggested questions
After enabling the feature, AI-generated questions appear in three places:
- The Candidate Display Page (CDP)
- The Shareable Link
- The Candidate Report PDFs

- Treat AI-generated questions as a starting point — review and adapt them before each interview.
- Combine with your own custom questions to tailor evaluation to the specific role.
- If sharing the report with candidates, decide in advance which questions to include.
