SmartRecruiters Integration

This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate Testlify with SmartRecruiters. Once set up, you’ll be able to seamlessly manage assessments directly from SmartRecruiters.

Step 1: Set Up the Integration With Testlify

• Go to SmartRecruiters.
• Navigate to Settings and click on App and Integration.

• Search for Testlify in the App and Integration section.

• Click on "Connect", then click "Allow and Continue".

• This will open the Testlify authentication page.

• Click on "Accept" – you’ll be redirected back to SmartRecruiters and see a confirmation that Testlify is connected.

Step 2: Sending Invite to the Candidate

• Navigate to Jobs.
• Choose the candidate.
• Click on Browse under the Assessment tab.

• Select the desired assessment from the list.

• Once the assessment is selected, an invitation will be sent to the candidate.
• After the candidate completes the assessment, the score will be automatically updated in SmartRecruiters.
