Customizing Candidate Experience in Assessment Settings (Pages Tab)

The Pages tab within the Settings section of the assessment setup lets you define what candidates see during their assessment. This customization allows you to create a more streamlined or detailed experience depending on your recruitment needs.

Overview

Under the Pages tab, you can choose from three pacing configurations:

Default: Standard flow with balanced pacing
Fast Track: Optimized for speed with minimal steps
Custom: Fully configurable for your preferred candidate journey

Selecting "Custom" enables you to toggle individual steps on or off based on what you want candidates to experience during their assessment.

You can toggle the visibility of the following steps in the candidate experience:

Skip registration for candidate invite: Allows invited candidates to bypass registration.
Honesty agreement: Adds an honesty declaration at the beginning of the assessment.
Instructions: Presents initial guidance before candidates start.
Assessment summary: Displays a summary before beginning.
Section summary: Shows section-level information before each part.
Section completion (always enabled): Indicates when a section is finished.
Section feedback: Collects feedback after each section.
Demographic feedback: Gathers optional demographic insights.
Assessment feedback: Lets candidates provide feedback at the end of the assessment.

Once you’ve customized the desired experience, click Save to apply your changes.

This setup ensures you’re able to tailor every part of the candidate's journey, helping you gather better insights and create a seamless evaluation experience.
