  2. Navigate to the Proctoring tab.
  3. Choose the Custom proctoring level.

    Enable the following options:

    • ✅ Snapshot Proctoring
    • ✅ Dual Camera Proctoring (Tablet + Phone)
  4. (Optional) Configure the Snapshot Interval if required.
  5. Click Save to apply the settings.

📸 Snapshot Proctoring captures periodic images during the test to monitor candidate activity.

Candidate Experience

After starting the test, candidates will see the Dual Proctoring setup screen on their phone or tablet.

Mobile Setup Instructions:

  1. Place the phone so it captures a side or over-the-shoulder view.
  2. This device will monitor the test environment throughout the assessment.

    Ensure:

    • The device is fully charged or plugged in.
    • A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is available.
  3. Do not end proctoring until the test is fully completed.

⚠️ Ending proctoring early will stop monitoring and be reported to the test administrator.

Ending Dual Proctoring

If the candidate clicks "End Proctoring", they’ll see a confirmation pop-up:

Are you sure you want to end dual proctoring? This action cannot be undone and will be reported to the test administrator.

🖥️ Important Note

Candidates must take the test on a desktop or laptop.

The mobile device is only for proctoring purposes and cannot be used to take the assessment.

A full-screen message will appear on the candidate’s screen before starting the test, ensuring they do not proceed unless they are on a desktop.
