Connect Testlify to Zapier

Connect your Testlify workspace to Zapier to automate hiring workflows — such as logging candidates to a spreadsheet or triggering invitations from another app. The integration is available on all paid Testlify plans.

Before you begin

You must have Admin or Owner access in your Testlify workspace.
Confirm you have the correct plan and access level in Zapier before proceeding.

Step 1 — Generate your API key in Testlify

Log in to your Testlify workspace.
Click your profile icon, then go to Settings > API Key.
Click Generate Key, then Copy Key.

Important: Save the API key immediately — it cannot be retrieved after you leave this page.

Step 2 — Enable Zapier in Testlify

In Settings, click Integrations.
Select Zapier from the list and click Continue.

Step 3 — Set up your Zap

Log in to your Zapier account and create a new Zap.
Choose Testlify as your app and select an event.
Click Connect Testlify, then Sign in.
Paste the API key you copied in Step 1.

Available trigger and action events

Triggers: Fire when a candidate starts or completes an assessment.
Actions: Invite a candidate through Testlify.
