How to Create an Assessment Using AI

Before you begin

Make sure you are logged in to your Testlify workspace with an account that has permission to create assessments.

Create an assessment using AI

1. Open the AI creation tool. Click the Create Test using AI button at the top-right corner of the page.

   

2. Enter assessment details. Fill in the test name, description, and duration in the provided fields.

   

   

3. Generate questions. Click Generate using AI to move to the questions section.

   

4. Add or customize questions. Select questions from the library, or click Custom to write your own. To browse targeted questions from the assessment library, click Library next to Custom.

   

5. Configure criteria and proctoring settings. Set your scoring method, time limits, and proctoring options according to your requirements.

   

6. Save the assessment. Click Save. Testlify AI will generate the assessment using the details and questions you provided.

   

7. Wait for generation. Generation may take a few minutes. The assessment will be available as soon as it is ready.

8. Invite candidates. Once the assessment is ready, invite candidates and start evaluating their performance.

Tip: Combine AI-generated questions with custom questions to tailor the assessment to your specific job role and requirements.
