Using Email Template Tags in Testlify
Before you begin
- You must have Admin or Owner access to your Testlify workspace.
- Open Settings > Notification > Email notifications to access your email templates.
Access Email Notification Templates
From your workspace, go to Settings > Notification > Email notifications.
Customize a Template
- Locate the template you want to edit.
- Click the 3-dot menu ( ⋮ ) next to it.
- Select Customize to open the template editor.
- Paste one or more tags from the reference table below into the email body or subject line.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Available Template Tags
Paste any tag below directly into your email template. Testlify automatically replaces it with the correct value when the email is sent.
Tip: Tags that include a button label — such as {ASSESSMENT_START_BUTTON: Take assessment now} — let you customize the button text. Replace the text after the colon with any label you prefer.
