How to Enable Screen Recording Proctoring
- Log in to Your Testlify Account and click on the 'Assessment' tab.
- Select the Assessment: Choose the specific assessment you want to proctor with screen sharing.
- Enable Screen Recording: Go to the assessments 'Settings' and under 'Proctoring' select 'Screen recording' and click on the 'Save' button to save these changes.
How Candidates Will be Guided to Share Their Screen
1. Candidates will be informed prior to taking the assessment to share their screen.
2.They must click on 'Start sharing' for the assessment to proceed
3. A summary of the test details with the duration will be displayed on the screen, followed by general instructions.
4. On clicking 'Start' a candidates will be prompted to select the relevant details to share their screen. They must select 'Entire Screen', enable system audio sharing and click on 'Share' to enable successfully enable screen sharing.
5. The screen sharing notification at the bottom of the screen indeed confirms that the candidate screen is being shared.
6. In case the candidate clicks on 'Stop sharing' and wants to stop sharing the assessment, he/she will be informed to resume screen sharing.
7. Once candidates successfully complete and submit the assessment, the screen sharing videos can be viewed in their respective individual reports.
