How to Add & Use Labels

Labels in Testlify let you categorize candidates based on any recruitment criteria — making it easy to filter, track, and organize candidates throughout your hiring process.

Adding Labels

  1. Go to the Settings section in your Testlify dashboard.

  1. Under Settings, select the Labels tab.
  2. Click Add at the top right of the Labels section.

  1. Enter a name for the new label, then click Save.

Using Labels

Tag a Candidate Report

  1. Open any candidate report.
  2. At the top right, click the label option.
  3. Select the appropriate label for the candidate.

Create a New Label from a Candidate Report

  1. Inside a candidate report, click the label option.
  2. Type the name of your new label.
  3. Click Create new label to save and apply it immediately.

Tip: Use the in-report label creator when you need a new category on the fly — no need to navigate back to Settings first.
