How to Download Candidate Reports

Download detailed performance reports for candidates who have completed your assessments. Use these reports to review scores, compare candidates, and make confident hiring decisions.

Before you begin

• You must be logged in to app.testlify.com.
• The candidate must have completed the assessment — reports are not available for pending or in-progress attempts.

Steps

1. Log in to your Testlify account at app.testlify.com using your email address and OTP.

   

2. From the dashboard, click the Assessments tab.

   

3. Click the name of the assessment you want to view.

   

4. On the assessment details page, find the candidate in the list and click their name to open their report.

   

5. In the top-right corner of the report page, click the three-dot menu (⋮) to see more options.

   

6. Select Download Report from the menu.

   

7. The report downloads automatically. Save it to your preferred location on your device.

   

   

Tip: The downloaded report includes section-by-section scores, time spent per question, and any written or video responses — useful for sharing with hiring managers who do not have Testlify access.
